At Artemis Outdoor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your adventure as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
